Who is eligible to participate in the Zoom Up Champions Circle?

Per the Zoom Up Champions Circle Terms & Conditions that you have had to subscribe to in order to participate, below you can find the eligibility for the Zoom Up Champions Circle Rewards Program: This Contest is open to participants who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry and employed at an authorized channel partner of Zoom throughout the duration of the program including the actual rewards Trip in June 2026, and based in the European Union ("EU"), and European countries not part of the EU, Africa and the Middle East region.

What happens if I leave employment with an authorized Zoom partner before the Champions Circle Rewards Trip?

As per the terms and conditions, you will have to be employed at an authorized Zoom channel partner throughout the duration of the program including the period of the actual Zoom Up Champions Circle event Trip in June 2026. In case you are not employed at the authorized channel partner that you originally qualified with at the time of the Rewards Trip, you will not be included in the event Trip. Zoom reserves the right to reallocate your place on the program to another individual inside or outside your organization, solely on Zoom's discretion.

For the 5 Zoom Up Champions Circle categories that I can qualify for, are there any exclusions?

Per the Terms and Conditions, deal registrations and bookings with government and government-owned entities are not eligible for the leaderboards and Zoom Up Champions Circle.

I've forgotten my password; what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page and click on 'Forgotten Password'. Enter the email address registered to your account and you will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email and use the password reset link within the 24 hours. When resetting your password, please ensure to follow the below criteria otherwise this will not be accepted:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase character
  • At least 1 lowercase character
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 symbol (please note that. and - are not classified as symbols on the system so please avoid using these)

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (UK) excluding Bank Holidays and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Where a query cannot be resolved the same day, our team will provide updates every 1 – 3 working days until your query has been resolved.
