[T&Cs for Zoom Up EMEA Champions Circle 2027]

This Contest (the “Contest”) opens on August 1, 2026, at 12:00am GMT, and ends on January 31, 2027, at 11:59 pm GMT (the “Contest Period”). Entry into this Contest is acceptance of these Official Rules. This Contest is sponsored by Zoom Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA, 95113 USA (“Zoom”).

 

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to employees of Zoom’s authorized channel partners who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry and based in the
European Union (“EU”) and European countries not part of the EU, Africa and the Middle East region (“Partner”). This Contest is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of Zoom or its parent/subsidiaries, agents or affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of this Contest; (4) employees or internally contracted vendors of governments or government-affiliated companies or organizations; or (5) any employee whose employer’s guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the Contest or acceptance of the prize(s). This Contest is not open to individuals in the province of Quebec in Canada. In addition, residents of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Russia, Belarus and the Luhansk, Donetsk, and Crimea regions of Ukraine are not eligible to participate.

Persons subject to sanctions or similar trade restrictions maintained by the governments of the United States, EU, United Kingdom, Canada, or the United Nations are ineligible to participate. Zoom reserves the right to screen Partners against sanctions and trade restrictions. This Contest is void in those countries and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Authorized partners must ensure that their participating employees are eighteen (18) years or older and employed with the authorized partner at the time of entry.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Partners must have an active and authorized partnership contract in place with Zoom Channel to be eligible for entry, and still be in good standing with Zoom until the end of the Contest Period.

Entries must be received during the Contest Period. Zoom is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, void, corrupted, garbled, illegible, and/or unintelligible entries, or for any problems, bugs, or malfunctions Partner may encounter when submitting their entry. Only complete and valid entries will be accepted. Zoom will not verify receipt of entries. Partners must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Zoom reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries, at the sole discretion of Zoom, will be disqualified.

 

JUDGING CRITERIA

Zoom’s Channel team will determine the winning Partners for the following Five (5) categories based on the specified criteria:

(i) Biggest Revenue MRR in Net New Customers

Partners who have generated the highest level of bookings in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from net new customers during the Contest Period. This category recognizes partners who excel at acquiring new business and expanding Zoom’s customer base with recurring revenue opportunities. All Zoom products apply.

Eleven (11) winning places allocated across the Zoom EMEA regions: UKI – 3 places; EMEA North – 2 places; EMEA Central – 2 places; EMEA South – 2 places; METAP – 2 places.

(ii) Most YoY Incremental Deal Registrations Approved at Stage 2 and Above

Partners with the most year-on-year incremental approved Deal Registrations with opportunities at stage 2 and above during the Contest Period. This will be measured against the same period last year. All Zoom products apply.

Eleven (11) winning places allocated across the Zoom EMEA regions: UKI – 3 places; EMEA North – 2 places; EMEA Central – 2 places; EMEA South – 2 places; METAP – 2 places.

(iii) Most YoY Incremental Closed MRR Revenue for Zoom Contact Center

Partners with the highest year-on-year incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) booked for Zoom Contact Center during the Contest Period. This will be measured against the same period last year.

Eleven (11) winning places allocated across the Zoom EMEA regions: UKI – 3 places; EMEA North – 2 places; EMEA Central – 2 places; EMEA South – 2 places; METAP – 2 places.

(iv) Most MRR Revenue by a Distribution Partner outside of Focus Partners

Distribution Partner representatives from Zoom’s Distribution Channel Partners who have booked the most revenue across the Contest Period, excluding revenue/bookings from Zoom’s focus partners. All Zoom products apply.

Six (6) winning Places allocated across the Zoom EMEA regions: UKI – 1 place; EMEA North – 1 place; EMEA Central – 1 place; EMEA South – 1 place; METAP – 1 place; EMEA-wide – 1 place.

(v) VLA Champion: Top VLA Partner

Volume License Agreement (VLA) partner that has closed the highest number of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) deals within the Contest Period. Highest MRR USD value of VLA closed-won opportunities including Zoom Phone and any other product that is included in the opportunity. One (1) winning Pan-EMEA place.

In the event of a tie in any of the above categories, Zoom’s Channel team will determine the winners for each category.

 

PRIZES

Subject to the terms of these Official Rules, each winning Partner will receive the following prizes:

  • Each of the winning Partners within the five categories will be entitled to nominate an employee to participate in a Rewards Trip organized by Zoom.
  • Timing and specific location of the Rewards Trip to be defined by Zoom.
  • Estimated value of the prize and the participation during the Rewards Trip is $4,500 USD per person.
  • Each Partner that has been declared one of the winners in the five categories will be part of the Rewards Trip, which includes the following amenities:
  • Economy airfare for one person to and from the location & hotel stay during the Rewards Trip (excluding any costs related to flight changes, cancellations, additional luggage, upgrades, or similar modifications)
  • Transportation during the Rewards Trip (excluding travel to departing airport, and travel home when arriving back from the Rewards Trip)
  • All on-site activities and leisure activities
  • All food & beverages during planned sessions hosted by Zoom during the Rewards Trip
  • Any swag/souvenirs to commemorate the Rewards Trip on-site

A member from the Zoom Channel team will contact the winning Partner via email to facilitate delivery of the prize ticket and introduce you to FMD Events & Marketing Ltd, Zoom’s event managing agent.

Any expenses incurred by a Partner in preparation for and during attendance of the Rewards Trip and not listed above will be the responsibility of the Partner.

Partners are permitted to win in multiple categories and will be entitled to nominate one employee to participate in the Rewards Trip for each winning category. The approximate retail values are subject to change based on current market conditions at the time of prize fulfilment. Partner winners are not entitled to any surplus between the actual retail value of a prize and any difference between the stated retail value, and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of any prize is allowed by Partners. Zoom reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. If a Partner winner is unable to participate in or accept the prize for any reason, Zoom shall have no further obligation to such Partner. Neither Zoom nor any of its prize providers will replace any lost or stolen prizes after being awarded to Partners. In no event will Zoom be responsible for awarding more than the stated number of prizes.

 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winning Partner(s) will be notified by Zoom by phone, mail, and/or email. Zoom’s decision will be final in all matters. The winning Partner must timely provide Zoom with the contact details of the Partner’s employee nominee(s) to attend the Rewards Trip (“Nominee”). A Nominee must be employed by the winning partner at the time of attending the Rewards Trip. Zoom may also send Nominees and/or Partners a declaration of eligibility/liability/publicity release (“Release”). Unless restricted by law, Nominees and/or Partners receiving such a Release may be required to complete and return it within the time specified therein. The prize may be forfeited and in such case, an alternate winner may, in Zoom’s discretion, be selected from among the remaining eligible entries (using the criteria described above), if a Nominee and/or Partner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on or sign any required Release or return the documents in a timely manner as required by these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. Zoom reserves the right to withdraw a prize absent a timely receipt of a Nominee and, if applicable, a Release from the winning partner.

 

PERMISSIONS AND RELEASES

Partner acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for obtaining any and all documents, policies, and authorizations necessary to submit an entry to Zoom in connection with this Contest, including but not limited to publicity releases and permits, as may be necessary. Partner represents and warrants that they have done so and can make written copies of such permissions available to Zoom, upon request.

 

LICENSE GRANT

By submitting an entry in this Contest, Partner grants Zoom and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents, and licensees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse, for the purposes identified in these Official Rules, Partner’s entry, as well as to use Partner and Nominee’s name, image, likeness and/or voice (“Likeness”) and/or statements regarding their participation in this Contest (with or without using Partner or Nominee’s name) in any and all media, and without additional compensation or approval from the Partner (except where approval is otherwise noted in these Official Rules) or any other party. Partner and Nominee agree not to sue or assert any claim against Zoom for the use of the submission or their Likeness or statements.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Contest is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, and these Official Rules.

Each winner will be solely responsible for any local, provincial, country, or any other applicable taxes and any other costs/expenses/fees in connection with the prize. If applicable, winners may be issued tax documentation for the approximate retail value of any awarded prize. Following the Contest Period, Zoom shall not be required to retain records of any entries.

By participating in the Contest, Partner hereby: (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and understand that the decisions of Zoom will be final and binding; and (ii) waives any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted or cancelled.

All winners are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and travel insurance, and complying with all health or other government rules and regulations.

Partner acknowledges and agrees that Zoom has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or this Contest. All warranties are hereby disclaimed and each winner will accept the prize “AS IS.” All costs and expenses, including support services, not specifically listed above as part of the prize, are solely the winner’s responsibility.

Subject to applicable law, Zoom reserves the right in its discretion, to (a) cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest and these Official Rules, for any reason, at any time and without any liability, and (b) limit or restrict participation in the Contest, upon notice.

All Partners are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations, and/or office or company policies, if any, regarding Partner’s participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional prizes; and by entering this Contest, Partner confirms that they are not in violation of any of the foregoing and have obtained the consent of their employer to participate, if applicable. Use of any automated entry device or software is prohibited. Creation or use of multiple accounts for registration or participation in the Contest is prohibited. To the extent the Contest uses or requires functionality of any third-party website (e.g., social media sites or platforms that enable broad communications, collaboration and/or posting of videos), you understand that the Contest is not sponsored by such third parties, and further agree to follow the policies on such website(s), as applicable. Zoom reserves the right to disqualify any Partner it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violating these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in an uncooperative, unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner; and Zoom reserves the right to cancel the Contest should it suspect fraud or for reasons out of the control of Zoom. Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Contest will be governed by the internal laws of California.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ZOOM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Zoom is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the submission process or the Contest administration; (e) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) other factors beyond Zoom’s reasonable control.

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned by Zoom, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Zoom’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Zoom reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. If the Contest is cancelled prior to the end of the Contest Period, for the reasons stated above, notice will be provided by Zoom; and some or all of the prizes may, in Zoom’s sole discretion, be awarded to potential winners to be selected (using the criteria described above) from among all the remaining uncorrupted entries received up until the time of modification or cancellation.

Zoom shall not be liable to any Partner or other person for failure to supply any prize or any part thereof, by reason of the prize becoming, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Zoom, unavailable or impracticable to award, or for any force majeure event, technical or equipment failure, terrorist acts, labor dispute, pandemic, epidemic, or acts/omissions of any kind (whether legal or illegal), transportation interruption, civil disturbance, or any other cause similar or dissimilar beyond Zoom’s control.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE PARTNER AGREES THAT ZOOM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES, RESELLERS, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION/EVENT AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE RELEASED AND HELD HARMLESS BY PARTNER FOR ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR NATURE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DISABILITY OR DEATH. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE SUCH LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW IN THE RELEVANT JURISDICTION.

 

PUBLICITY

Partner acknowledges and agrees that Zoom may use the Contest (including any submission) for publicity, advertising, or other marketing purposes, in any media, and may use the name, Likeness, and hometown name and/or prize information of potential winners as part of that publicity, without compensation to the potential winners.

 

PRIVACY

All personal information collected by Zoom will be used for the administration of the Contest, as set out in these Rules and in accordance with Zoom’s privacy statement. Please refer to Zoom’s privacy statement located at: https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/ for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Zoom.

In addition, personal information provided in connection with the Champions Circle programme may be shared with FMD Events & Marketing Ltd (“FMD”), acting on behalf of the Zoom as the official event management agency, solely for the purposes of administering, planning, and delivering the Champions Circle incentive programme and any associated travel, accommodation, event logistics, communications, and delegate management. FMD will process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and only for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations in relation to the event.

For health, safety and emergency planning purposes, Partners and their registered guests may be required to provide emergency contact (Next of Kin) details, together with any relevant accessibility, dietary or medical information necessary for the safe delivery of the Contest and any prizes. This information will be collected and processed by FMD, acting on behalf of the Zoom, solely for the purposes of event administration, travel management, delegate welfare and responding to medical or other emergencies during the Champions Circle programme. Such information will only be accessed by those with a legitimate need to know and will be retained only for as long as is necessary to administer the Contest and any prizes and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Where a Partner has expressly opted in to receive communications from event sponsors or participating distribution partners, the Partner’s contact details (which may include name, company, job title, business email address and business telephone number) may be shared with the relevant participating sponsor(s) and/or distribution partner(s) for the purpose of post-event business communications. No personal information will be shared with sponsors or distribution partners where the Partner has not provided the appropriate consent.

FLIGHTS & DEPARTURE AIRPORTS

The organiser will use reasonable endeavours to schedule flights from each participant’s selected or nearest preferred departure airport. However, due to airline availability, routing limitations, and operational restrictions, this cannot always be guaranteed. Sardinia however is served by their international airport on the south of the island / Cagliari Elmas Airport (an approx 45 Minute drive to the hotel). The airport services over 20 countries flying in from Europe, Middle East & USA.

Once flights have been confirmed and booked, no changes can be made to passenger names, departure airports, travel dates, or flight times under any circumstances. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided are accurate at the time of submission. Any failure to do so may result in the inability to travel and forfeiture of participation without compensation.

 

PARTNER ATTENDANCE ALLOCATION

Each winning partner organisation is entitled to a maximum of two (2) attendee places on the Rewards Trip, irrespective of the number of award categories won. These places must be allocated to employees of the winning partner organisation and cannot be transferred to another organisation. No additional attendee places will be granted under this incentive programme.
